Priyam Bhargava, the reigning Miss India USA, was a Special Guest and Guest Host at our affiliated pageant in Georgia organized by ILink Professionals. The pageant was a smashing success and the two winners will represent Georgia in the Miss India USA and Miss Teen India USA pageant on November 24 in New Jersey. In this picture, Priyam is seen with singer Charanjeet at the pageant.

Nehal Bhogaita was a chief guest at the Macmillan Cancer Support show. She also did a dance performance. Macmillan Cancer Support is an organization that provides medical and financial assistance and also promotes better cancer care. We are very proud of Nehal for supporting such an organization. The core of our pageant is to promote Indian culture and use the pageant as a platform to help those in need. Nehal exemplifies this!

Dharmatma Saran, Chairman, Miss India Worldwide was given a certificate of recognition by the California Legislature for his leadership and commitment to the Indo-American community. As always, the core of our pageants is to promote Indian culture and provide a platform to the youth. We are very excited and honored that Dharmatma Saran received this recognition.

Aarti Chhabria, Bollywood actress and former Miss India Worldwide in Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa 6 on Color TV starting June 1. Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa is a hit dancing competition; Indian version of Dancing With The Stars.

Aarti is a great performer and we are excited to see her dance!.

Miss India Worldwide was a smashing success on April 27, 2013 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Nehal Bhogaita of the United Kingdom was crowned Miss India Worldwide, Jasveer Kaur Sandhu of Malaysia was crowned First Runner-up and Surbhi Sachdev of Oman was crowned Second Runner-up. Contest leave a comment on this blog post by january 22 to enter to win the last three issues of enizagam signed by all of the staff members! Nehal Bhogaita was the first deaf contestant to enter Miss India Worldwide and now she has made real history by being crowned Miss India Worldwide! Nehal wants to be a role model for people like her who are deaf and disabled and she has done just that. For her talent, Nehal performed Bollywood dance routine that highlights her own conviction of never giving up. While she is unable to hear the music, she dances using the vibrations of the beats.
