Monica Gill, 24, of Boston Massachusetts is the new Miss India USA 2013 and Alycia Rehmatullah, 15, of Atlanta Georgia is the new Miss Teen India USA 2013! The pageant was held on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at the Royal Albert’s Palace, Fords, NJ. The competition was fierce and talent was incredible! More details to come!

Congratulations to Prachi Modi, Miss India New York and Naeha Pathank, Miss Teen India New York.!

The Second Runner-Up for Miss India New York was Aman Kaur and the First Runner-Up was Anika Masand. The other top five finalists were Rinki Suri and Rupinder Raj.

The Second Runner-Up for Miss Teen India New York was Manjari Parikh and the First Runner-Up was Karishma Malhotra.

The sub-contest winners for Miss India New York were Aman Kaur – Miss Photogenic, Aradhana Sewpersadh – Miss Beautiful Smile, Rinki Suri – Miss Bollywood and Miss Talented – Prachi Modi.

The sub-contest winners for Miss Teen India New York were Amanjeet Minhas – Miss Photogenic, Karishma Malhotra – Miss Beautiful Face, Manjari Parikh – Miss Talented.

A big congratulations to all the winners and all the contestants. You all did such an amazing job and made this event a grand success.

Nehal Bhogaita, reigning Miss India Worldwide, has been nominated for the Young Achiever award. The Young Achiever award rewards individuals who despite obstacles, achieve great success. Nehal, who was born deaf and is the first deaf Miss India Worldwide, achieves success despite all the odds against her. She is a dancer and is able to dance through the vibrations she feels from the music. After winning her title as Miss India Worldwide, she has done amazing work in helping the deaf community and being a role model for young girls throughout the world. Congratulations Nehal for the nomination!

Nehal Bhogaita, reigning Miss India Worldwide is currently in Durban, South Africa as special guest for Miss India South Africa! Nehal is accompanied by her mom and sister and enjoying the hospitality of Mr. Farook Khan, National Director, South Africa.

Nehal visited V.N. Naik School in Durban where she received a warm welcome and performance by all the students. Nehal is such a great role model and all the students absolutely adored her! We wish Nehal good luck as she opens up the Miss India South Africa pageant with a dance performance tonight!
